Private beta draft: InfraBinder stores the account, workspace, billing, documentation, notes, audit, version, reminder, and evidence-reference data needed to operate the binder.
InfraBinder stores user accounts, organization/workspace records, memberships, billing state, documentation records, notes, audit logs, version history, reminders, exports, and evidence metadata.
Payment methods, invoices, receipts, and subscription management are handled by the billing provider. InfraBinder does not store card details.
InfraBinder does not operate infrastructure-side processes. It stores the documentation, evidence references, reminders, and exports that users enter into the binder.
Do not enter raw passwords, API keys, private keys, recovery codes, TOTP seeds, or secret values. Use credential references that point to your external vault.
Evidence files are retained in the configured evidence storage path for private beta deployments. Back up evidence storage together with the database.
Account and organization deletion requests are handled through support during private beta so recovery documentation is not silently destroyed by a single technical user. Support will confirm ownership and deletion scope before removal.
