Refund requests are reviewed by billing support. Paid entitlement is revoked only after a refund is confirmed by the billing provider or an authorized internal admin action.

Customer documentation is retained for a recovery period after refund processing. InfraBinder does not immediately destroy infrastructure documentation when billing changes.

Do not include passwords, API keys, private keys, recovery codes, TOTP seeds, or secret values in a refund request.
